Compose Email Template
Make the desired changes to the template.

New information can be added before the template is sent as an email message. Select more options canned responses choose the template you altered then select save. To insert a template under insert template choose a saved template to insert in your email. Open gmail and click compose. Press compose to start a new email message then go to more options canned responses. Compose the rest of your message and click send.
On the home tab in the new group click new e mail. In outlook 2007 select tools forms choose form.
